Hi, I’m Jordan!.
I'm the kind of person who asks questions most people don't think to ask.
I don't believe the answer is always work harder, apply to more jobs, or chase every opportunity that comes your way. More often than not, the right move starts with slowing down long enough to understand where you are, what's keeping you stuck, and where you actually want to go.
My approach is rooted in strategy. I enjoy helping people recognize patterns, identify opportunities, and make intentional decisions that align with the future they're building.
Whether we're talking about your career, leadership, or business, my goal isn't to tell you what to do. It's to help you think differently, communicate your value with confidence, and leave with a strategy you can actually execute.
MY STORY
I know what it feels like to feel overlooked and undervalued...
For a long time, I thought the next opportunity would come from someone else finally recognizing what I had to offer. I waited on the next job, the next promotion, the next interview, and the next leader to see something in me that I couldn't seem to get across on paper or in conversation.
So I did what I knew to do. I pushed myself harder. I looked for ways to grow. I volunteered myself for projects, applied for opportunities, and chased anything that I thought would make me more visible.
None of those things were wrong. If anything, it shaped me into the professional I am today. But the blueprint I was taught wasn't working anymore, and I realized it was time to open my perspective on the direction I was looking in.
The answer I was looking for didn't come from the next leader or the next role. It came from the people around me. It came from the colleague who'd ask for help on their resume. It came from the colleague who needed helping overcoming a difficult conversation. The business owner asking for help thinking through pricing, strategy, and growth.
One conversation turned into another until a pattern emerged. The people around me had already started trusting me with the kind of work I was hoping someone else would eventually hire me to do. It changed the way I looked at my career, and eventually the work I wanted to do.
Looking back, I wasn't simply looking for another job ... I was looking for growth. I just assumed it would come from someone else opening a door for me. Instead, it came from changing the way I looked at myself, my experience, and the opportunities around me.
That's why I do the work that I do. My coaching isn't just about resumes or interviews or career changes. It's about helping people recognize their value, think strategically about what's next, and create opportunities that actually reflect who they are.
